Shocking Footage of Stolen Car Driving on Wrong Side of Motorway

The PSNI has released shocking footage showing the moment a stolen car proceeded to drive the wrong way up the Westlink after mounting pavements and carrying out a three-point turn on the motorway.

Ciaran McGuigan, 32, received a sentence of three years and nine months for multiple charges, including burglary, vehicle theft, and assault on the police. Malachy Goodman, 41, was sentenced to two years and four months, while Ciaran Tully, 33, received a 12-month sentence, all for their involvement in the dangerous incident that took place in November 2022. Detective Sergeant Faulkner emphasized the risks taken by law enforcement and the importance of collaboration for maintaining public safety.
