Teacher Inspires With £50k Fundraiser Amid Cancer Battle

A South Belfast man has raised tens of thousands of pounds in a matter of weeks following a devastating cancer diagnosis. Matthew Starkey, a teacher at St Colman's High School in Ballynahinch, was diagnosed with stage four cancer earlier this year. Matthew Starkey, a fitness enthusiast prior to his diagnosis, is now preparing to take on the Belfast Half Marathon later this year in a wheelchair.
