Volunteer Jailed for Chanting and Sword Theft

A man has been jailed for stealing swords from a charity shop in Belfast after being discovered chanting about beheading people. Abdallah Maiteh, a volunteer at the shop, received a three-month sentence for theft. Chanting and Theft Incident

Maiteh took two swords and other items from the store, leading to his arrest after CCTV footage was reviewed. Descriptions found in his room allegedly included violent messages in Arabic. Despite serving time in custody, he is set to be released immediately.
