Arrest at Larne Harbour

A man has been arrested after police seized around £425,000 worth of suspected cannabis after stopping a HGV at Larne Harbour. The incident took place at around 1.40am on Saturday, March 29, at the Co Antrim harbour when police stopped a man in a HGV and searched the vehicle where they found the suspected Class B drugs. A 46-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of a number of offences and remains in police custody at this time.
